Attempting to get in shape can be frustrating when the scale isn't moving
That doesn't mean you aren't making progress! After being frustrated with finding a way to log all the stats I wanted to track, I decided to create my own tracking journal.
Now I can document my progress on a weekly basis and see the inches lost rather than just focusing on the scale. Since it is in a journal form, I can always compare where I am currently to where I started.
My hope is that this journal will keep you motivated as you see your progress. This year I have made a personal commitment to go to the gym three times a week in addition to my daily walk around the neighborhood. Good luck on your own personal journey to becoming a healthier and happier you!
